What if it rains? Do we still surf?

Absolutely! We are going to get wet either way 😉

Sometimes the rain can actually create better conditions so…lets get out there!

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

Gives us a heads up 48 hours before your lesson and we will happily give you a FULL – REFUND.

Where do we meet?

We have different meeting points for our different SUP Squatch Activities.

River Tour : Anahulu Bridge, Haleiwa.
Coastline Tour: Sunset
Turtle Tour: Laniakea
Wave Riding: *Depends on waves. You will be notified same day or day prior to your booked tour.

What should I bring?

We provide everything you need in order to learn how to surf; Surfboard, Leash, Rashguard and an Instructor. However, we do recommend everyone to bring their own Sun Block , Water , Snack, towel and extra clothes.

*For WOMEN*

It is also a great idea to bring yoga pants or leggings to avoid “leg rash”

Is there parking?

There is parking available and all of our tours. However, we can’t guarantee you that they will be available for your arrival. To avoid parking issued, arrive 10-15 minutes before the activity.

Do I have to know how to swim?

No, But it’s VERY Recomendable that you do. If you indeed DO NOT know how to surf or simply are not comfortable with swimming PLEASE INFORM YOUR SURF INSTRUCTOR It Gives us more freedom to teach you how to surf. However, If you don’t then we have Life Jackets for those who need it. We will assure to keep you safe in the ocean, close to shore and on small waves.

Where Do We Meet?

In order to provide the most ideal waves for your surfing lesson we occasionally alternate our locations around the North Shore, We’re usually are around Pua’ena , Chun’s Reef or Laniakea. You will be notified about the location the day prior or the same day of your lesson.
